La Boheme Styled Bridal Shoot

Recently featured in Smitten Magazine, this La Boheme styled bridal shower shoot is everything a bride would want. Set in the backdrop of Central California, our eyes beheld cerulean colored glasses sparkling in the sunlight, tribal accents that flanked the table with an arrangement of rich succulents from White Oaks Florist and so many more beautiful details. When Lotta (owner of Mint Design) and I met for collaboration, the idea of earthy colors and boho style was a must. The models in the shoot were draped in very textured fabric which added depth to the shoot. Models also wore sheer textiles for an airy laid back bohemian vibe. Thanks to La Dulce Vita Salon, big hair, braids and relaxed curls floated in the wind. One can’t help but notice the hair adornments from Jolie USA.

The styled shoot was shot in April with a medium format camera, Mamiya 645AFD. I love the sound that a film camera makes. It’s so old and loud…music to my ears.
