James and Jeana said I do at a private estate in front of their family and friends.  Their colors were turquoise, orange, yellow, and white which Jeana said reminded her of a tropical paradise.  She wore a gorgeous, form fitting lace dress and James wore tan slacks, a vest, and fun colorful tie! Together they were picture perfect!  James and Jeana’s wedding was a total blast, from fun sunglasses to silly faces, we had a great time photographing everyone!  It was a beautiful day to celebrate James and Jeana’s wedding.  After their first dance as husband and wife, they welcomed their friends and family onto the floor to dance the night away!

We photographed the Pavletich family in their vintage neighborhood of Old Stockdale.  Ashley brought out this ADORABLE white studded couch and plopped it right in the front yard. It was the perfect prop for their family session as it turned a traditional backdrop into a chic contemporary setting.  We may be slightly obsessed. This family was nothing short of FUN! The family dressed in traditional attire with mom in a classic black top and trumpet skirt, dad in a button down collar shirt, Lincoln in her pink dress and T-strap shoes and Georgie in a classic black vest. Smiles and giggles splash each and every photo in this shoot, a family blessed beyond measure.

Talia and Evan said I do on a warm summer day at Stockdale Country Club.  There ceremony was held outside on the patio with the beautiful green golf course as their background.  Talia wore a beaded mermaid style dress with a sweetheart neckline and Evan wore all black.  Their black, white, and dark purple color scheme perfectly contrasted the greenery around them.  Talia and Evan celebrated into the night, enjoying their friends and family coming together to celebrate their love.

There is a unique light that shines through the eyes of a senior student. It is the light of hope, ambition and excitement for the unknown journey that they are about to depart on.  It is a year filled with heartfelt celebrations from awards ceremonies, sports events, proms and more. Its a tight juxtaposition of joy and sorrow,  as students realize the friendships they’ve had and the lives they’ve known are about to change in a really huge way. Senior portraits are a unique opportunity for those to express their interests, personality and inner spirit and leave a little something behind  for mom and dad. As the new school year approaches we continue to wish our students well who have embarked on a new path, and who have entrusted ADPFOTO to preserve this milestone. Traveling for engagement sessions is one of our favorite things.  Kehau and Justin took us to San Francisco where we spent the entire day photographing them at some amazing places like Sutro Baths, the Legion of Honor (where we had an amazing vintage car as a prop), the Palace of Fine Arts and City Hall.  We even did night shots with them on the Pier with the Bay bridge in the background.  It was such a blast to explore new places with Kehau and Justin.  We even got Kehau to sit up on a giant piece of art…luckily we got away with it!  We photographed Kehau and Justin with both our film and digital cameras. It was a great day with amazing friends and we can not wait for their fall wedding.
